Return & Refund Policy

At BossBaby by Bavneet, we aim to provide a seamless shopping experience. However, if you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 3-day return and refund policy for your convenience.

Return Eligibility

Items must be returned within 3 days of delivery.
The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
Returns are accepted only for manufacturing defects or incorrect products received.
Items that are damaged, washed, or altered after delivery will not be eligible for return.

Refund Processing:
- If approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
If the order was placed using Cash on Delivery (COD), the refund will be provided as store credit or via bank transfer.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the item and place a new order.
